If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We accept products return that are faulty from manufacturing defects within 3 days from the date of delivery, with the following conditions:
Buyer need to contact us by email to report the problem.
Buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
If the buyer fail to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right not to accept their return and payment will not be refunded. The goods are buyer’s responsibility until they reach us and we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that the products are packed carefully, shipment tracking obtained and proper insurance to be arranged.
Provided the goods are returned to us in accordance with the conditions specified above, we will refund buyer’s payment for the goods at the price of the items as stated on your invoice and the delivery charges.
If the goods delivered do not include all of the items that the buyer ordered, or if items buyer ordered are missing from the order, buyer may return such goods to us. Contact us by email within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Upon receipt of the goods in question, and following an examination of them, we will give an appropriate refund.
We reserve the right to replace defective items, rather than to refund buyer’s payment.
